Meat & Potato is currently casting their production of The Odyssey. Five versatile actors will play 25 characters in this new fast-paced adaptation of Homer's sweeping epic.
3 males, 2 females (the role of Penelope has been cast); 1 AEA "Special Appearance" contract is available. All non-union actors will be paid a stipend.
Rehearsals begin April 25, 2011, M-F only 6-10p. Performances are Th-Sun, May 25 - June 12, 2011 in the Rose Wagner's Studio Theatre.
Meat & Potato auditions, Saturday March 12, 2011:
Where: Rose Wagner, Studio B (under the Jeanne Theatre stage)
When: 10am-Noon
What: one classic monologue (Shakespeare, greek drama, etc) 2 min total; bring headshot and resume
